Registration process

How can I enter the Auction Platform?

You need to complete the registration process, this can be found here.

What requirments need to be fulfilled in order to register?

You need to be an professional car trader or dealer with a valid European VAT number.

What documents are required as part of the registration process?

A high-quality copy of: company’s Registration Certificate, VAT Certificate and Passport or Identity Card.

Is there a fee for registering as a Trader at auctions?

No, registration with is free of charge.

How long will it take to recieve a confirmation of registration?

After submitting all the required document and information, the screening process takes up to 3 working days. If successful, you will receive the login details via e-mail.

Auction process - bidding and buying

Are the prices with or without VAT?

All prices do not include VAT.

If I make a sucessful bid on a vehicle in a auction, is the car attributed to me?

If you are the highest bidder and your bid is accepted, you will receive a Notification of Sale within a few hours. Also you will see the status ‘WON’ in your profile.

When will I receive an invoice following a winning bid?

The invoice is sent automatically within 1 or 2 working days.

Do the vehicles in the auctions have a minimum price? Can I see that price?

Most of the vehicles in auctions are sold with a miminum reserve price – which is not visible.

Can I cancel a winning bid?

All bids are binding. If the highest bid meets the minimum reserve price and is accepterd, the car will be awarded and invoiced to you.

Can I cancel a sale?

A sale cannot be cancelled.

Fees and payments

How much is the administration fee? charges a fee of € 350 (excl. VAT) per bought vehicle. Additional local fees can apply which are displayed in the auctions.

When do I need to pay?

Your payment must be received within 5 working days.

After Sales

How long will it take until I receive the vehicle pick-up authorization?

The pick-up authorization is sent to you within 5 working days, starting from the day full payment has been received.

How can I submit a complaint?

You can submit the complaint form on our website: complaints. The international support team will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.

If I need support who can I contact?

We have a decidated Auction Platform support team. Please complete the form LINK and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

Transport and pick-up

What is the vehicle pick-up procedure?

The vehicle pick-up authorization contains all the information required in order to pick-up the cars: compound address, schedule and contact details. You need to send a notification 24 hours prior to the pick-up with the transport company’s details. More information on the pick-up guidelines page.

How much time do I have to pick-up the vehicle?

Once the authorization is sent, we expect you to pickup the vehicle as soon as possible. Additional storage or parking fees may apply when pickup is delayed. You are notified about this upfront.

Does offer a transport service?

Yes, we offer seamless transport across Europe. When it is available for the vehicle of your interest you can calculate and accept a transport offer already during the auction.

Car documents and other documents

How do I receive the vehicle documents?

The documents are sent to you after the receipt of payment. In some countries the documents are handed over at the moment of pick up or when you receive the vehicle.

Who do I contact if I am missing any vehicle documents (i.e. Notification of Sale, Invoice, Car Registration copy, etc)

Can I pick-up the vehicle myself, with transit plates?

Yes – in Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg – with transit plates and car insurance. This is not possible in Italy, Spain or the Netherlands – where is mandatory to pick-up the vehicle via a transport company.

Export procedure

Where do I send the export documents?

Please send the export documents to the address.

What if I don't have the CMR document?

In this case, you need to complete the export declaration, which can be found here.

Are any other documents required?

Yes – in Germany the ‘Entry Certificate’ is the equivalent of the CMR document and in Belgium the ‘Export Order Confirmation’ is required in addition to the CMR. You can find some examples on this page.

What is the procedure for getting the EUR1 certificate? Can help with this?

You can contact We can provide a declaration from the manufacturer which your export agency needs in order to obtain the EUR1 document.

Does my trader fee change?

No, the trader fee remains the same at 350 euros
